The Cologne-based airline WDL Aviation flies the men’s football team of VfL Wolfsburg to St. Etienne for their Europa League match. The “Wolves” will travel to France in an Embraer E190 regional jet.
WDL is thus already cooperating with the fourth Bundesliga football club. Union Berlin, Fortuna Düsseldorf and Eintracht Frankfurt also rely on the airline’s services.
