Berlin, Darmstadt, February 4, 2021 – Zeitfracht GmbH can acquire a majority stake in BuchPartner GmbH in Darmstadt and thus expand its core business area of media logistics. The Cartel Office has now granted its approval, meaning that the purchase process can now be completed. This makes Zeitfracht the new majority shareholder in BuchPartner.
BuchPartner is a full-service provider for books and media operating throughout the German-speaking countries. The company’s customer base primarily includes supermarkets, hypermarkets, consumer electronics stores and discounters. BuchPartner manages and supports professional book departments in these markets and offers different, precisely tailored space concepts and book ranges. BuchPartner currently manages and supplies over 5,000 sales areas in Germany and Austria.
