Erfurt, Stuttgart, February 10, 2021. Zeitfracht is providing its bar range customers with a new digital communication channel. The web-based platform “My InfoCockpit” offers relevant key figures and information specifically for booksellers.
“In today’s world, booksellers face the challenge of filtering out the essentials from the flood of information. ‘My InfoCockpit’ provides everything at a glance to manage the bookstore in a targeted and successful manner,” says Thomas Raff, spokesman for the management of Zeitfracht GmbH.
Among other things, booksellers can access Zeitfracht’s top sellers and most popular bookmarks at any time. The overview also includes title lists for the Buch&Co. association’s promotional themes and other category management services.
To relieve booksellers in their day-to-day business, “My InfoCockpit” integrates Zeitfracht’s self-service. Delivery bills, shipping notifications and other documents can thus be accessed quickly on a single platform. Zeitfracht will be adding further functions to “My InfoCockpit” over the course of the year. For example, booksellers will soon also be able to access publisher delivery receipts.
In the next development step, “My InfoCockpit” will adapt individually to the respective customer group. Users of the fitbis.de merchandise management system, for example, will in future be able to view their own sales figures and obtain information about their bookshop’s stock levels or inventory turnover. For online stores based on the E-Commerce Solutions, a professional evaluation with the most important key figures, such as online sales or the number of store visitors, will be available shortly.
